Removal Automatic approval in Revenue Recognition Approval workflow

I need to remove to automatic approval functionality for one of the approvers in the Revenue Recognition workflow. I went to the employee profile and removed the revenue recognition approval limits. The user created a Revenue arrangement and the arrangement was auto approved.

Do you have webinars on workflows? What are the training resources available? I was looking for NetSuite training manual.
