I have a test workflow on sales orders. I want to change the status to approved (pending billing).

I have a test workflow on sales orders. I want to change the status to approved (pending billing). When I set the status to pending billing, I get the following error

Notice (SuiteScript)

 Invalid orderstatus reference key F.


The system is forcing me to use item fulfillment but I don't need to use this transaction. I'm using only non inventory items in the SO.
