Fields not populating in Customer Refund

Hello,

We are trying to evaluate a custom field that has been created and applied to our Sales Order, Cash Sale, RMA, Credit Memo and Refund. The field is working fine in each record except for the refund. When we click refund from the credit memo, several fields, including the custom one, do not get transferred to the CM. The field has been applied to the custom form.

Any help is appreciated.
