Last communication record on quote transactions
Is it possible to show only the last communication instance on a quote transaction record. We are trying to build a search to only show that last result, and use that to drive workflow notifications to the team members as reminders. Or if there is a less complex way of doing this I am also interested.
The goal is to have automatic reminders if there is a 5 day latency on any Open quote transactions.
