Import of "skills and expertise"

When you install the SuiteApp resource skill set,
Added "Skills and Expertise" tab to employee input form
You can now register skills.
Skills in this employee form other than manual input
For example, I would like to register by importing from a CSV file.
Is it possible to do that?
