Item Fulfilment - Impact Changed by 'System'

I am investigating a number of issues with Nominal values changing after period close, and I'm seeing a large number of changes by 'System' in the System Information screen (with no Context).

In most cases these change on consecutive days, and second change reverts the previous one (so there is no actual impact to Nominals long term). BUt I would still like to know why this is happening??

However, I have had one transaction where this has happened a number of times, over a number of months. I've annotated the screenshot with the values from the 'view' popups

The Fulfilment was marked Shipped (by Script) and the Impact was set. Then (the next minute) the System changed the impact (by 7p)
