Banking - Customer Mapping Rules
Recently, we are seeing these messages come up when trying to create a Customer Mapping Rule:
I appreciate it is quite difficult to see with the details redacted, but essentially the problem is the 'memo' field that shows all the details of the customer payment includes the customer name, reference, bank details and date (and time).
The popup message implies it is creating a rule that includes all of the memo (which includes the date and time) - which is clearly going to cause issues with matching in future.
Is it normal for all this data to be in the single memo field? And how is this meant to work with matching rules??
