Customer center transaction access
There is an issue on viewing the transaction on the customer center
We can see the list of invoices. However, when we view those invoices it returns a notice that “The transaction cannot be Displayed”
This issue only for some invoices. When we investigated, we found that the Invoices that are created for the Sales Orders placed from the customer center are displaying without any issues.
The same issue also having for Sales Orders. We can only view the sales Orders created from the customer center. The same notice is getting for the other Sales Orders.
So we thought it was the native behavior of the customer center. However, we cross-checked with another test account and there we can view all the transactions without any restriction like the Order created from the customer center and its related transactions.
