Workflow to change Custom Form - Set Field Value Before Record Load
Hi I want to change the form according to the user role.
I understood that once the record is created it saves the custom form to be utilized, but i want to have 2 form one for sales with less data and one for administration with more data.
i was plannning to run a workflow on Before Load trigger but i have understood at this link
that Set Field for existing record cannot work on before load.
There's a way i can load the record submit the change and reload the record?
