Saved Search to Compare Inbound Shipment Quantities and Received Quantities in Purchase Order Transa
Inbound Shipment Feature allows you to track shipments when they leave the supplier, to the receiving destination, and then into the buyer’s inventory.
If you would like to expose the Purchase Order quantity associated in the Inbound Shipments and the remaining quantities to be received, you can do so by using Quantity on Shipments field:
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Select Transaction
- In the Transaction search > Criteria tab, select the following:
**Feel free to add/modify other criteria as needed - In the Results tab,
- Include the Quantity on Shipments field to expose the quantities included in the Inbound Shipment Record.
