Move NetSuite Accounts to OCI Data Centers

As a NetSuite Solution Partner, we are hearing from a few customers that performance degraded after the move to OCI. One customer in particular has a case that has been outstand for a couple weeks and were told it will be at least another 3 weeks to get an analysis of where the issue lies.

Anyone else experience degradation after OCI move? And, if so, how was it resolved or addressed?
