Filters on a custom transaction body field
Hi There
I have created the following custom transaction body field
This is how it appears on the parent record (the support case):
- How do I change the filters that appear on the parent record? i.e. Changing 'Billing Status'; 'Type' and 'Transaction'
- What controls the options that are available in these filters? For example, the type field has all transaction types. I want this to only have credit memos
- Related to 2., how do I change the contents of the transactions filter (2. in the screenshot above) so that it only shows transactions related to the same company as that on the support case (on which this list appears
