Is there a way to issue consolidated invoice to Parent Customer?

We have customers with Parent-Child relationship. Some of these customers want to have their items shipped to the child-customers but billed to Parent-customer.

We checked Group Invoicing but it can only group invoices under 1 customer record (without regard if there is a parent or child customer).

Is there another feature we can use to address our needs so we can bill the Parent custodmer for sales made to Child customer?
