Saved Search: SKUs ordered in a specific timeframe - supplier, volume & cost

I am trying to create a saved search that will show all SKUs (assembly, KITS, inventory items), their costs, the volume ordered and vendor within a specific time frame (July 2021-now). It would be ideal if this could be broken down by SKU.

I have created a transaction search and tried to look at POs within this timeframe, but am struggling to be able to get the item information to display without having to drill into individual POs. Any advice?
