allow return authorization print by role
Is there a way to only allow return authorization printing by role? Maybe I just need to customize the form and remove printing and assign it as preferred to my sales people but make a different form that still has the print and assign it to roles that can approve it.
I have users entering a return authorization for a customer and giving them the info before it is approved. I'd like to remove the ability for them to print it and just have management email a copy after approval. Ideally I would like NetSuite to not even give a number to the return authorization until it is approved.
