Netsuite SCA, Facet "page titles" no longer updating via SMT

Hello,

We run netsuite SCA, we use facets as our sub-category navigation. For seo purposes we go into each page through the SMT and update page titles and meta description, we then publish and all is updated. Starting late last week or early this week SCA will not update the changes on our live site after publishing.

We have asked netsuite through a case but they have no idea why it would stop working.

Can anyone help us figure out why netsuite suddenly stopped updating the page title and meta.
