saved search with column under results tab to show value from available filter selected by user

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:28PM in Ask A Guru 12 comments

Hi,

I am trying to see the filtered value of a saved search in a column under Results. Is there a way to achieve it by formula?

Example: From the attached screen shot, if the Available Filter: End Date is selected by user as 31st May 2022, I want to see the same as a column under Results when the search runs.

Adding the Accounting Period : End Date field in the Results tab will only give the end date of the particular document or transaction.

You can see in below screen shot that I have selected the filter value for end date as 31st May but the end date shown in Results tab is different which is same as 'Period' ie., the month/period in which the document or transaction is recorded.

Howdy, Stranger!
