OCI sloooooooow. server Response time over 30+s
We moved to OCI three weeks ago. Since then, looking at APM the Server Response time can be excessive (about 50% of the time).
This is across all record types (mainly transactions) Edit, View and Save.
We have a Case and Defect logged as U4.
Reddit and Slack groups report other customers with the same issue.
Support initially blamed scripts and workflows, until they noticed the scripts were native Netsuite scripts, or ones written by ACS.
NetSuite do not seem to understand the urgency of getting this resolved!!!
Anyone else finding the same?
