System Slow since move to OCI

Hello, has anyone else had performance issues since the move to OCI? We are experiencing delayed loading of records as well as long time for API calls. A case was opened with support 3 weeks ago and still no answer or resolution. If you have experienced this as well I would like to hear if it was resolved and how.
