Transfer order for standard cost item

Hi expert,

I'm using "Standard Cost" on item master, when doing Transfer order intercompany or Transfer order entry, there is no "Inventory in transit account and intercompany clearing account" created in GL impact.

is there any missing setup here ? need advice please
