PMs can create/edit/delete tasks on projects belonging to other PMs

Hi,

can you please advise on the following topic.

I have PMs that can`t edit the projects of other PMs (no edit button available on the project record, they get the following message when clicking on edit from the list view:  Permission Violation: this customer or lead does not belong to your group.) but they can view the project, and add or edit or delete project tasks on these projects though. Is there a way to restrict the ability to make changes for the projects that they aren`t a PM on?
