User Notes, last date not showing

Hi all

I hope everyone had nice weekends.

I have a Transaction Report showing accumulated sales, quotes and invoices over the month for specific sales reps and their customer accounts.

I want to show the date of the last note on the Customer Account.

I have tried 3 fields, Message, User Notes and Activity.

Message always displays the data but User Notes and Activity are blank.

Is there an obvious reason this might be?
