AE:SuccessFactor Integration > Vendor ID Duplicates

Hello Team,

we use SuccessFactor Integration to create Vendor Records from our 'HR Hub'. Such generated Vendor Records are actually our employees and we don't use the Employee Records in this case (due to other business requirements).

We don't use Auto-Generated Numbering on Vendor Records and the Vendor Id is Copied from Name.

Currently we encountered specific scenario as we have 2 employees with exactly same name and the integration did not create the Vendor Record due to duplicate. Of course, when saving similar record in UI following notice appears "There is already a vendor using that entity name. All vendors must have a unique entity name. Go back, change the entity name and resubmit."
