How to show materials in Intercompany Dropship/Ship is still owned by the issuing subsidiary

Scenario is: We have company A that owns the material and is shipping it or having it drop shipped to company B for processing. Is there a way to show that Company A still owns the material that it is at company B? Can the processing at company B only show the costs added at company B?
