Invoice Sales Orders - to be emailed options
Hi,
We are trying to use this page to auto send emails to customers when an invoice is created from this page. There are different options on the selection To be Emailed: Yes, No and Respect Customer Preference.
There is any difference between YES and Respect Customer Preference?
For what I see using the Respect Customer record Preference but also uses the email address on the customer record (marked on blue arrow). We would like to use another custom field we created for that (marked on the red arrow)
On the invoice we would like to use that custom email address:
