Is there any way to notify an user when the billing milestones are checked in the sales order ?

Hi Team,

When a billing milestone is checked as yes in the Sales order, is there any way to notify an user so that the concerned team can invoice the SO by clicking on next bill option ? (here the billing schedule is populating from the project record)
