SuiteQL query error only for one user (same role)

Hello

I am using SuiteQL Query in a Suitelet. For most of the users the query works fine, except for one user. It gives the following error message:

  • I checked the roles and all users have the same role
  • the query only uses the transactions table and I include a CASE formula
