Customising fulfilment email

Hi All


We have a requirement that the fulfilment email does not include pricing for the items list for some customers. I have had a look at the email fulfilment but can not see a way to limit the list to just item and quantity,

We also need to add tracking information to the email.


Any advice or pointers deeply appreciated.
