How to Connect Datasets in Workbook when it's block

Hi All,


I'm trying to connect to datasets that built, one is the approval Matrix and the second is of the employee.

I want to create joins between the employee internal id and the approver id (picture attached), but the Analytics blocks me to do it .

Can you advise?
