Saved Search - Available Filter "Has Keywords" Multiple Search terms

Hello,

Is there a way to search for multiple terms on Summarized Saved Search available filter using "has keywords"?

By using "has keywords" filter type, I'm able to search for multiple terms (Ex: "Inactive" AND "Test", "Inactive" OR "Test) on non-summarized saved search, but it doesn't work on Grouped fields.
