Expense Allocation re-run error on changing date
Hello,
We have 3 allocation processes this month for which the users appropriately deleted the journal entries.
When they edit the allocation and review the history, the current month's journal entries no longer appear.
Now they try to change the date back to the same month end close, and receive an error message "Duplicate Source Accounts not allowed".
this is something new in the last 2-3 months and is happening with more than one user, including admin user in both production and sandbox NetSuite versions.
Any ideas on how to correct this issue to be able to re-run allocation processes?
Thanks!
