Display Lot or Serial Numbers in Advanced PDF from Saved Search

I am trying to create a print format for an Item Receipt, and being that there is no print format for this, I am creating an Advanced PDF Form based on a Saved Search from Item Receipts.

The Item Receipt can have Lotted and Serialized items and when it does, I need to display such lots and serial numbers.

I am able to get the Lot/Serial numbers to display in the saved search results, but I have used many different versions of the options I show below, and am not able to get the Lot to display on the PDF. Does anyone know which is what I should be using to get the Lot/serial or if this is not supported with this functionality for some reason?
