Reminder Email

Hi team,

We have a saved search that runs to email customers when their lock in date is 30 days from now. This would be based on their SOs. However, few customers did not receive the reminder email. May I know what else I can check to verify what may have caused this issue?

I can send the criteria and results tabs via personal message.
