What determines the list of accounts shown in the expense account colum
I am jut implementing purchase orders, and on the lines there is an expense amount column where a GL account can be selected, but there are accounts missing from the list and i cannot work out why, i have checked the setup between two different GL accounts one of which shows and the other doesnt, they appear the same other than the name and number.
