How can I see report details

I have a couple of reports which help with deferred revenue reconciliation. A friend was asking about them, but I can't recall how the reports were created. I can certainly see the column and filters in use, but I can't tell what the source records are from the report. In the report, the records are forecast billing amounts, based on the billing schedules on various sales orders.

How can I help my friend re-create the report in their environment?
