Saved Search to Identify Default Billing Address Change on Customer

When the 'Default Billing Address' box is ticked on a Customer address to change the Default, I don't see any entries in the System Notes list to show this change.

Is there any way to identify via Saved Search (or any other method) when a Default Billing Address is changed?
