We have an FTP file upload process that is erroring in our sandbox account that has BRHub installed

These were loading successfully before 9/13/2022. BRHub has been installed in our sandbox since 4/29/2022 and updated on 9/14/2022 and 9/21/2022. We thought that updating the bundles would resolve the error but we still got the error. See error log message from yesterday's load attempt below.
