Empty Sales Rep Field value in quote record
Hi All,
According to the Netsuite standard, when we select the customer on the quote the sales rep field will be sourced from the corresponding customer record. However, even if the customer record has a sales rep value, we want to leave the sales rep field empty when creating the quote. We worked on workflow to achieve this, but it does not work as expected.
I have added the different event-type actions to set the sales rep as null.
But when we selects the customer in the quote, the sales rep gets auto-populated.
And again If I select the same customer on the same page, the sales rep value will be empty (i guess the workflow works when I reselect the customer).
