How to change our company logo on the home page (dashboard) next to the Oracle NetSuite logo?

I am lost in the Suite Answers trying to find out how to update our company logo on the home page. I know how to adjust dashboards... that is not my issue. I have the image saved for the logo. I have tried going to Setup>Company>Company Information. I see the menus allow me to select the proper logo from a pull down... but nothing changes even after I save and refresh the home page.
