Clearing a bill & a journal in foreign currency

Hello,

how can you clear a bill (in for example USD) and a journal entry (in EUR)?

When I try to make the payment via the vendor , I cannot select both transactions (the bill & the JE) in order to clear those ? I can only select OR the bill in USD OR the journal entry in EUR.
