Saved search formula help

I am looking to amend a saved search to only show "YES" under contacted when the activity hasnt been created by Max.

I have tried the formula:

CASE WHEN({activity.title} IS NULL) AND ({file.name} is null) AND ({activity.createdby} != 'Maxine Wathen') THEN 'NO' ELSE 'YES' END

However, this does not appear to be working.

Please advise?
