UPS Standard rates mismatch

Hi,


We started to use UPS shipping, but we noticed that rates displayed for Canada orders with UPS Standard is higher than it should be.


  • We already authinticate our account
  • Also, we choose "negotiated rates" under "Setup > Accounting > Shipping > Preferences" for UPS


Is there something else control the rates that we can check to get matched rates between NS and our UPS account?
