Has anyone tried this and sucessfull in getting it to work?

I followed the instructions and There is NO Counts or Tracking details returned. There is plent of data for it to return. It looks like it is missing a few steps.

I hoped to use this as a sublist on a sales order for multiple shipments..

Any thoughts?
