Updating the GL impact of a credit memo using CSV

How do I update the revenue side of the GL impact in a credit memo using CSV. Each time I test, the header line (line 1) is updated with the updated values, not the revenue side. I included the line ID in my CSV as line 2 but line 0 was updated regardless.
