Credit Warning Message: Customer Balance of xx.xx Exceeds the Credit Limit of xx.xx
Hello, I understand the meaning of this. However, I have not set up any credit limit hold for this customer and I have credit limit of 0.00. I don't understand why this error on the image says Customer Balance of 0.09 Exceeds the Credit Limit of 0.00? I have zero credit limit so why will the system hold me back from entering an invoice?
Another thing, I don't understand why there's a 0.09 difference when I have entered an exact amount of PHP 16,202.00 with a customer balance of -PHP 16, 202.00. Note that I am only creating an Invoice, no payment has been performed yet.
Thank you, please see image.
