Partner Commission

I am trying to delete an approved Partner Commission that was approved in error however it will not delete. It spins for a long period of time and then I receive an error message to contact administrator. I was able to delete others however there are about 5 that will not delete. How can I get them to delete? I am in an administrator role trying to delete them.
