Expense Report with Attachments export in bulk

We have a need to export out of NetSuite all Expense Reports between two dates, and to include the receipt attachments. Ultimately, we need to archive this on DVD to prove to authorities that nothing was subsequently changed.

Is this possible in NetSuite? Have others had a similar need and were able to resolve it?
