Quality Management System Process Script Question

Hello everyone,

I am trying to add a customization to the QMS system for a client and I am struggling with figuring out, how to add a customization fo the process in the QMS. We are working on a script that will allow the user to enter custom fields and override the normal QMS inspection details and then trigger the inspection queue. I am very new to QMS and not sure of how this can fit in. Is there anyone that knows QMS well enough to be able to assist with some details
