How to add an additional item on item details add to cart?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to enable an item to be added to the cart, along with it's primary item.

Scenario: A customer is interested in purchasing coverage on their item. By checking the box, they are selecting to have coverage service added to the cart, as they add their item to the cart as well.

I am able to code the function, but I cannot seem to apply the item's internal ID to the SCA add to cart form.

I did review some Docs, but the multi input ID does not appear to be populated when I test.
