Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'split') ?

I created a custom page in Mobile WMS and added a Text input and attached a script on the On Scan Action of this input field. My script runs and does its logic but every after running I receive this error. I don't know where it is coming from because I have no "split" functions or whatsoever in my script. In fact, even a console.log script will trigger this error. How can I fix this?
